1E EEA/UK Privacy Notice​

Purpose: This Notice is to inform the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK) citizens that how 1E collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information.

Scope: This Notice covers all personal data collected from European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK) citizens through our websites, applications, and other interactions with our company. It details the types of data collected, the purposes for data collection, security measures in place, and conditions for data sharing. Additionally, it explains user rights concerning data access, correction, deletion, and how we communicate any changes to this policy.

We, 1E, Inc., address this EEA/UK Privacy Notice only to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK) who directly receive our products from us. If you receive our products because another organization is buying or making them available to you, we process your personal data on behalf of that organization and this Notice does not apply. When we refer to our products in this Notice, we’re referring to all of the products and services that we provide directly to you, including our Solutions, websites, software, Platforms, newsletters, emails and support. If you are located in the EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to the processing of your personal data. If you are located in the UK, the UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to the processing of your personal data. References to the “GDPR” are references to the General Data Protection Regulation as it applies in the country where you are located.

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data, as appropriate:

• Necessary for us to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract per Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (“Contract Performance Legal Basis“);

1E has networks, databases, servers, systems, support, and help desks located throughout our offices around the world. We take appropriate steps to ensure that personal information is processed, secured, and transferred according to applicable law. In some cases, If you are a resident of EU/EEA/UK, please note that we may transfer your personal information outside the EU/EEA/UK. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to guarantee that your personal information are adequately protected according to the requirements of the applicable data protection laws. For example, with respect to transfer of EU or UK personal information, we use approved contractual clauses, multiparty data transfer agreements, intragroup agreements, and other measures designed to ensure that the recipients of your personal information protect it.
